UDC 666.7 FORMING ACCURACY abrasive ceramic compositions thereof ACOUSTIC PROPERTIES

UDC 666.7 CERAMICS BASED ON Al2O3 and nano-sized 3Y-STABILIZED ZrO2, obtained by exchange reactions

In the work by mechanochemical exchange reactions in the solid phase synthesized partially yttrium-stabilized zirconia - Y-TZP. From the obtained powder, and the powder of a commercially available stabilized zirconia PSZ YS-5.5 for comparative evaluation samples made of ceramic aluminum oxide and zirconium (Al2O3> 60%). The structure and properties of the samples. Higher physico-mechanical properties and a homogeneous microstructure has a ceramic material obtained by using a partially stabilized ZrO2, synthesized by exchange reactions. The article provides a comparative analysis of properties of catalysts synthesized without prior activation of nickel compounds with the characteristics of the catalyst compositions prepared including via mechanochemical method aktivatsii.Provedeno systematic study of the properties of nickel catalysts synthesized using as a precursor compound NiCO3 • nNi (OH) 2 • mN2O. The promising combination of carrier main active component and promoter in the catalyst of high performance for the processes of producing hydrogen in the reaction of steam reforming of methanol or metana.Keywords: mechanochemical activation method, silica-alumina, izikohimicheskie properties nickel component of the catalyst.

Experimental study on the effect of mechanical activation of a mixture of sintered periclase and "periclase - alyuminatkaltsievy cement" to change the mineralogical composition of hydrated materials, microstructure and mechanical strength of the low-cement concrete periclase in the early stages of hardening. The results rengenofazovogo and differential thermal analysis, electron microscopy mehanoaktivirovannyh periclase materials and concrete. Installed effect of blocking periclase hydration after co-processing the mixture of periclase and alyuminatkaltsievogo cement vibratory mill. Indices periclase concrete properties in the temperature range 20-1650 ° C. According to the results of the tests periclase low-cement concrete lining lance blowing molten metal manganese received positive rezultaty.Key words: low-cement magnesia concrete matrix component, mechanical activation, a bar, microstructure, performance properties.

UDC 666.7 INFLUENCE of  MECHANICAL TREATMENT ON THE STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF ZrO2 and TiC powders and sintered ON THEIR BASE CERAMICS

The study of the morphology of the particles, the specific surface area and a fine crystalline structure powders of zirconia and titanium carbide subjected to mechanical activation in a ball mill, and the properties of ceramic composite materials on their basis. It was found that the maximum density of the samples after sintering provides not joint and separate machining powders ZrO2 (Y2O3) and TiC. Wherein supplement of 5% TiC provides a minimum porosity of about 1% and a maximum hardness of 12.5 GPa. In the border area between the matrix and the diffusion occurs hardener reacts to form a complex oxycarbide. Keywords: zirconia, titanium carbide, mechanical activation, ceramic composites.

UDC 666.7Grain size CERAMICS COMPOSITION (Sm0,5Gd0,5) 0,55 Sr0,45MnO3 ± D at its magnetic properties at temperatures of 30 K

In this work the influence of grain size on the magnetization at 30 K samples of ceramic composition (Sm0,5Gd0,5) 0,55Sr0,45MnO3 ± D, sintered at 1500 ° C. For the first time it found that by varying the sintering conditions and preconditioning powders, ceramics can be obtained with different grain size and the same density. It is shown that an increase in grain size 10 times leads to the appearance and texture of ceramics, as a consequence, significant changes in its magnetic properties.
