UDC 666.7 OBTAINE REAKTION PRODUCTS FROM SILICON CARBIDE BY siliconizing a carbon BLANKS

The possibility of obtaining products from reaktsionnospechennogo silicon carbide by siliconizing carbon fiber preforms, molded at a pressure of 3.5 MPa and a temperature of 180 ° C. It is found that, to obtain products with high physical-mechanical properties and a uniform microstructure necessary to use carbon fiber preform formed from a carbon fiber felt and silicon carbide particles having an average size of 5 microns. Products obtained experimentally from reaktsionnospechennogo silicon carbide having an apparent density of 3.08 g / cm3, an open porosity of not more than 0.3% and a tensile strength in three-point bending MPa. The article shows the possibility of obtaining high-fire clay kaolin-based brands with Al2O3 content of not less than 44 wt. %. It found that by proper selection of alumina and sintering aids in the compositions of refractory masses can increase the amount of Al2O3 in the final product to 46-47% without changing the firing temperature. Effective methods of conductivity measurement refractory concrete during solidification: Rating reproducible results AND USES

Refractory concrete on hydraulic binder have complex behavior during solidification, which is affected by many factors, such as temperature, water quality, chemical. composition and purity of the raw materials used alyuminatnokaltsievy cement dispersants and other dobavki.Na solidification practice is evaluated mainly by a cup test. Increased strength as an indicator of the solidification and extracts can be measured by measuring the propagation velocity of ultrasound in the concrete. This technique is becoming more common in the refractory promyshlennosti.Vmeste the same time, along with ultrasound diagnostics to assess the concrete has set, it is useful is measuring its conductivity. Studies have shown [1, 2], ultrasonic and electrical conductivity methods have comparable results, which are clearly correlated with the formation of specific microstructures in betone.V article describes a simple and inexpensive experimental setup for the measurement of electrical conductivity during curing and aging of refractory concretes. EFFECT OF GRAIN ON PROPERTIES OF DRY LINING VIBROUPLOTNYAEMYH mixtures for tundish

Dry vibrouplotnyaemye mixture (mass) (SHS) are used for relining of intermediate ladle metallurgy and foundry industry. They improve the purity of steel casting process and make energy efficient. The thermal conductivity of the liner was measured immediately after laying and after hardening the dry mixture to estimate the heat loss. It has been found that the thermal conductivity depends on the SAF pore size distribution at various temperatures. Thermal analysis of the dry mixture showed good convergence result of measurement of its thermal conductivity.

INFLUENCE alkali polyphosphates aging refractory concrete based on the system Al2O3-SiC-C

Mixtures for laying refractory concretes are intermediates and their properties, such as water demand, flow and setting time change with time and affect their shelf life. Sometimes the flow and setting times vary so much that the refractory concretes are unfit even for a period of storage. Currently, the refractory industry the biggest problem is the preservation of the properties of refractory mixes for the duration of storage. Low and ultranizkotsementnye alyuminatnokaltsievy concretes containing cement and various dispersants to improve the flow and workability. However, during storage there is a constant interaction between different fine components, which leads to deterioration when laying. Ultranizkotsementnye concrete on the basis of Al2O3-SiC-C are commonly used in the lining of blast furnaces notches, notch where the fault may cause loss of liquid metal and influence the entire process chain. Safe behavior of concrete, their flow and setting time are the most important indicators of quality. Typically, the dispersants used various alkali polyphosphates. Workability of concrete depends on the type and amount of dispersants, and storage time. Besides dispersing additives for concretes ukladyvaemost also affect the temperature and humidity during hraneniya.V this paper investigated the effects of two types of polyphosphates aging concrete on the basis of Al2O3-SiC-C, when their content varies from 0.05% to 0.2% . For the same flowability after storage have to add more water. If you use one additive spreadability at the beginning of the period of storage it has been very good with a little water, but over time both properties have deteriorated. Other additives provide the same fluidity, water demand and setting time for a long period of storage. We were also measured in various physical properties of concrete, such as porosity, strength and density after drying at 110 ° C for 24 hours, and after calcination at various temperatures. In the case of the tap hole, always filled with concrete at 150-300 ° C. It often occurs swelling of the concrete, which was also studied as a function of different types of additives.
