Information on the phase equilibria in the system SiC-CaB6 needed to develop on its basis of composite materials with desired properties. The eutectic phase diagrams of the type of guarantee lowering the temperature of the melt in the emergence of a two-phase system, and therefore extends the technological capabilities of control of structural parameters and properties created materials. This methods and experimental analytically evaluated the interaction between SiC and CaB6 below the liquidus temperature in the concentration range of 40-80 mol . % CaB6.Postroen polythermal conditional quasi-binary section of SiC-CaB6 (temperatures below the peritectic decomposition components) of B-C-Si-Ca, characterized Tevt eutectic temperature = 2120 ° C and the eutectic concentration XCaB6 = 60 mol. % .Zakristallizovannye Samples contain two crystalline phases - SiC and CaB6; in the two-phase regions marked by abnormally high micro-hardness (35-46 GPa) . We study the refractory oxide ceramic coating (PVC) based on aluminosilicate SHS materials (AC-materials). The analytical calculation of the thermodynamic parameters of synthesis in the study AU-materials. Experimentally determined depending education structures and fireproof mullite corundum coating on the heating temperature. In order to expand the scope of the protective oxide-ceramic coatings and reduce energy consumption in their industrial application identified the possibility of fusion reactions in a thin coating on the basis of the AC material surface heating thermochemical ingredients.  UDC 666.6  STUDY OF GLASS COATINGS FOR MATERIALS

The possibility of obtaining glass-ceramic coating for protection against oxidation of graphitic materials at high temperatures. It is shown that for the formation of quality steklopokrytiya good chemical resistance and adhesion to graphite is very important chemical composition of the glass, as well as the dispersibility of the frit, the ratio of fluid mixing and the dry component, the preparation method of application and conditions of formation of the coating, number of layers, the introduction of fillers, and a number of other factors. UDC 666.6  Research of spinel formation reaction from the chemical co-precipitation of a mixture of magnesium chloride and  aluminum hydroxide

The aim of this work is to study the possibility of synthesis of aluminum-magnesium spinel MgAl2O4 at relatively low temperatures of chemical co-precipitation of a mixture of magnesium chloride and  aluminum hydroxide. The studies found that the spinel formation reaction of the mixture starts already at 280-300 ° C. The scheme of phase transitions during the thermal decomposition of a mixture of  magnesium chloride and aluminum hydroxide.
