UDC 666.6OPTIMIZATSIYA CONCRETE based on the composition of corundum and silicon carbide

Optimization of concrete simplex method has improved the mechanical compressive strength from 110 to 135 MPa; lower open porosity of the samples, after drying at 125 ° C and 9.8% after sintering at 1400 ° C - 11%, to improve the fluidity of concrete in a mixing a water content of 3.8%. Deformation under load in an oxidizing environment at T = 1590 ° C is not detected. Concrete has high heat resistance - more than 30 thermal cycles on the treatment of 1000 ° C - water. Microstructure this concrete as well as concrete and microstructure of silicon carbide is resistant to extreme temperatures - after 30 thermal cycles compressive strength of the samples and the open porosity is not changing. The values ​​of the physical and technical characteristics are virtually identical to before test. The synthesis and study of ferroelectric ceramic materials on the basis of BaTi1-xFexO3. It has been found that the introduction of the Fe3 + ions leads to an increase in the degree of tetragonal perovskite barium titanate crystal lattice, enhances the true density of material, and also leads to the appearance of abnormally high values ​​of dielectric constant. UDC 621.74.045  LOW-TEMPERATURE synthesis mullite ceramic of the sol-gel process electropulse IN ACTION ON colloids

The article is devoted to improve the properties of technical ceramics in foundry processes. It has been established that the increase of the thermal strength of ceramic forms can be attained by performing the hydrolysis EFV aqueous solutions of aluminum salts (AlCl3 • 6H2O and Al (NO3) 3 • 9N2O) when exposed NEMI. Said electric pulse treatment ensures dispersion of colloidal particles and leads GRETS upon subsequent heating ETS binder with aluminum salts to accelerate the solid state reaction between SiO2 and Al2O3 colloid and reducing the temperature mullitoobrazovaniya. By IR spectroscopy, and X-ray analysis derivatografic found that the crystallization temperature of mullite in the gels obtained in this manner is lowered to 850-900 ° C. In investment casting, these values ​​correspond to the temperature ceramic baking forms. Therefore, in their phase composition appears mullite providing thermal linear expansion factor reduction, improved accuracy and thermal strength in forming. Based on these studies established generalize regularities structuring ceramics under low-temperature synthesis of mullite with nanosecond electromagnetic impuls. COMBINED OVENS TESTING refractories for aluminum smelting by the corrosion and erosion resistance

Currently refractories used for lining furnaces secondary aluminum melting are subjected to degradation by the corrosive molten aluminum as well as high mechanical stress. The article describes the method of combined testing of refractories for the account of the joint action of the factors influencing the wear of refractories, in order to more accurately simulate operating conditions in laboratory tests. The proposed test methods allow us to investigate the interaction between corrosion and mechanical wear at different temperatures. The authors have developed two types of tests. In the first experiment refractories exposed to the combined effects of erosion and corrosion loads. In the second experiment, samples of cylindrical shape were tested under the combined effect of corrosion and thermal shock in a modified induction furnace. Tests were conducted at a temperature of 850 ° C. Thermodynamic analysis of chemical corrosion of refractory concrete OF AL2O3-MgO

The results of thermodynamic calculations of chemical corrosion two refractory concretes of AL2O3-MgO (as a binder containing alumina and hydrating cement). In addition, a critical analysis is made of three design models that take into account: 1) the interaction of slag-concrete as a function of the reaction rate A; 2) changes in the composition of the slag as a result of its reaction with the components of concrete considering the direct contact between the liquid and all components of the concrete; 3) reacting slag and slag matrix filler were evaluated separately. The calculation results are compared with data on the corrosion test (cup tests). Although the thermodynamic calculations of concrete as a whole enabled the correct identification of phase transformations, it is recommended to perform a two-step analysis of the interaction of the liquid matrix and filler for the prediction of different corrosion resistance of these two concrets.
