UDC 621.744.37: 669.13 Research of  properties nonstick coatings for cast iron based on chemically and mechanically activated graphite

The interaction of iron with cryptocrystalline graphite treated in different ways, by a drop in the rest of the universal vacuum system "drop" (JSC RI "reg", Russia). It is found that the graphite processed in various ways, has a contact angle greater than the natural. Antipenetration tested coatings on the basis of the test cryptocrystalline graphite. It was revealed that the casting produced using antiburning cover-treated in various ways cryptocrystalline graphite, have the best technological and operational properties. Obtained and investigated by gas-liquid porosimetry sample substrates for ceramic ultrafiltration membranes based on highly fused powder in a solar furnace alumina. The article deals with the experience of creating and improving systems of technological preparation of the raw material after roasting processing and enrichment of exfoliated vermiculite in the industrial exploitation of the electric module and triggers furnaces. Long-term experience of their operation allows to select the most successful technical solutions, assess their effectiveness and the prospect of further development and application. UDC 666.7  INFLUENCE OF DIFFERENCE decomposition temperature of the starting compounds to magnesium oxide and aluminum on the intensity of the reaction of the spinel

The aim of this work is to study the possibility of synthesis of aluminum-magnesium spinel MgAl2O4 at relatively low temperatures of powders of aluminum hydroxide Al (OH) 3 and magnesium hydroxycarbonate Mg4 (CO3) 3 (OH) 24H2O. The studies found that the intensity of the spinel reaction at relatively low temperatures the higher the closer to the decomposition temperature of oxides of magnesium and aluminum source compounds. The scheme of the thermal decomposition of a mixture of magnesium hydroxycarbonate and aluminum hydroxide. From the results of studies suggest that the synthesis of complex oxides of metals from their compounds to intensify solid-phase reactions with sufficiently complete conversion of oxides into final products at relatively low temperatures is necessary to take the initial metal compounds having the same or close to the decomposition temperature of oxides metals. For the first time the masses and compositions developed technology for producing clay-based non-traditional raw materials - shale deposits Cpasskoe and Razdolnoe, tested parameters for obtaining industrial products. UDC 666.76  Influence of granulometric composition of the charge on the physical properties of refractory concrete

The article presents the results of studies of the effect size distribution of mullite aggregate and cement content on the physical properties of refractory concrete -prochnost compression and change in linear dimensions after heating. This study found the optimum composition of the refractory mixture allows to obtain a lower shrinkage coupled with high strength.
