The results of the tests of corrosion resistance of various types plavlenolityh baddeleitokorundovyh chromium containing refractories and in melts aluminophosphate glasses used for the vitrification of radioactive waste in direct electric heating furnaces. The temperature dependence of the viscosity of molten glass data. Tests under static and dynamic conditions in the molten glass with the high-level waste simulants revealed that plavlenolitye baddeleit-korundum refractories containing 9-18% Cr2O3, corrosion resistance far superior refractory Bq-33. Chromium-containing refractories can be regarded as promising as a material designed lining of glass furnaces and small melters. The article presented a study on the method of obtaining porous materials SHS-based system consisting of aluminum, the silica gel, dolomite, quartz sand and additives ((NH4) 2SiF6, Na2SiF6, and water glass and silicon). The effect of additives on the process of synthesis and properties materiala. Main crystalline phases are formed in the SHS materials are quartz, corundum and silicon. The introduction of the mixture of dolomite from the decomposition of carbonates provide during firing and SAF allocation of large amounts of gas, which allows you to create a porous structure of the samples and to provide thermal insulation. Best features for thermal insulation materials are observed in the samples obtained with the use of additives of silicon and water glass, because of the influence on the porosity not only gas evolution during the decomposition of dolomite, and the interaction of silicon with a liquid crystal. The possibility of obtaining highly porous material for insulation products. Molding samples occurs upon mixing the dry ingredients with liquid glass. Degradation was studied surface of zirconia stabilized with yttrium oxide and cerium in solutions aggressive reagents hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, sodium hydroxide. It was shown that the reaction occurs as the dissolution of the surface and the formation of new phases. The method of Raman spectroscopy revealed that the process of dissolution and re-precipitation of new phases on the surface of stabilized zirconia various oxides have significant differences. The influence of the form of porous ceramic and refractory materials at the percolation threshold. UDC 666.762.11.022 IMPORT HIGH-bottom casting refractories for ball bearing steel

The results of work on the creation of high-alumina refractory domestic counterparts for siphon pouring manganese steels. It is shown that the existing technology training refractory mass does not provide resistance siphon wiring due to the formation during firing a considerable amount of glass phase in the mill ground component of the product. Actions have been developed to ensure improved service characteristics of refractories based on the increase of the content in conjunction Al2O3 and use mineralizing additives TiO2. An optimal composition of the charge is made, and set the trap wiring conducted experimental casting ShKh15, which showed that the resistance of these refractories is at the level of import samples. The main fields of application of thermal treatment of silicate materials in road construction. Sound economic and environmentally efficient variant of the transition from the construction of cement concrete and asphalt surfaces of roads to create basalt pavements using as a raw material of soils occurring on the construction site. To save energy used for conversion of the material offered to consider the technology to heat inside the unit, and as an energy source installed the feasibility of using natural gas. Results comparing the economic parameters used in road construction machines set with such a unit with a set of machines for the production of asphalt and concrete covers. Practical application of article materials can lead to a qualitative leap environmental parameters of the transport infrastructure while reducing human cost of its development.
